overclocking a geforce4 mx440

i have a pny geforce4 mx440. (i'm getting a new one this summer, by the way) i was wondering how much difference it would make if it was overclocked. i can run most of my games at full detail, with a decient framerate, but i need faster load times for NOLF 2. would an overclocked card make a difference? it has a fan on the gpu, but nothing on the memory. i have coolbits, and some other benchmarking software to test stability. thanks for the help
