Newegg has deals on these all the time, but with the PSU I don't know if you find it for $75, esp shipped.

They usually have these w/o the PSU for $50-60 though.

Newegg's Chieftec pages...

Yes and no. Comparatively, I don't think so, and those are regular prices. When they have sales on them, they drop a good amount from there.

if you buy one with a psu in it, it will be a cheap psu. mine had a 400 watt allied, which i fried on an overclocking adventure, but for stock builds, it worked fine. my psu could be replaced for 30 bucks, plus shipping from newegg, so, if you find a deal on a case there without a psu, browse the cheap psu's for a low shipping psu, for a cheap price. it may still be a lot cheaper than buying a case with psu locally. i know locally here, i cannot match some of the online prices i can find.

good luck on your hunt....

I've seen them sell these cases, w/o the window and PSU, for $39 (can't remember if that was with $18 or free FedEx shipping though).

You can get a window kit at CompUSA for $10, if you have the tools/know-how/ambition to DIY.

They just don't have any on sale right now. but when they do, they've had some really good deals. Do a search of this topic here, you'll see what I mean...

Actually...here's one, but it's $75 + 15 shipping...it's an old thread from here, and it's out of stock ATM, but it shows they do have things that fit you description at times.

Here's the case for $47, no window or PSU... (current (?) sale at Directron)

Good luck in your search....

Right now on neweggs main page they list a blue chieftech with window no PSU $70.00 + $10.00 shipping. Not too shabby of a price for this case. Add a $38.00 for a enhance 360w psu and its still under 130 bucks. Not by much but its a great case and a decent PSU.

I have 3 Chieftecs: the blue & green aluminum cases, and the black steel case. Without question, the sharpest color of those three is the green -- it really stands out. If you are considering getting one and you want something flashy, I recommend the green or maybe the yellow.
