First off welcome to the forums

Second, what kind of memory do you have, and what are the timings on sed memory.

Third, I've heard the Northbridge of your board get's pretty hot, look into a small (like a 60mm) fan and strap it onto your NB H/S.

Fourth, have you burned in your chip? Stressed it, just to, "loosen it up"

Fifth, check in the AMD Motherboard forum, they could help too ;)

When you say you cant get past 1900M, what changes are you making? Have you changed the VCORE? Just asking b/c I made some of the same mistakes I'm sure.

I'm not a pro but this is what I have....

I "burned in" with Folding@home from folding.stanford.edu for nearly a month while waiting for my new HSF.

I have a Volcano 7+ and Arctic Silver 3.

As of this morning... I have a 170FSB and 12.5 multiplier at 1.80VCORE.

I also have a 330Watt PSU.

Hope that helps.

Thank you very much
Vcore 1.8
you mean that you OC your xp2200 up to 2125 M
How did you do that ?
Please give me the link of burne in software
regards

Yes I got my 2200 running at 2.12GHZ (or 2125MHZ). I slowly worked my FSB up to 170 then changed the multiplier on my CPU (my motherboard unlocks the chips automatically) to 12.5. But as the frequency gets higher an increase in VCORE is needed...check the technical forum for an explination. So as I increased my speed I just kept bumping up the power.
