Just water cooling my 9700

Ok let me start out by saying that I have never water cooled before so I have no idea what to get or were to look.Now that ,that is cleared up I'm looking at water cooling my 9700 pro.I can get the core to 385 on air but with out my side case fans(can't use them now prometeia tube in the way)it becomes unstable.All I need is a setup that can handle my core at 385.Any suguestions?
