Which Motherboard

I'm looking at upgrading my mobo as I have a spare cpu.
Currantly I'm looking at the following boards

Giga-byte

GA-SINXP1394(GA-8SQ800 Ultra2) 655 SIS chipset
GA-8INXP

or

ASUS

P4G8x
P4PE

My current Spare Cpu is a 2.5 P4

and I'm looking for the best all round board.

Do you guys mean ASUS

4PE/GBL with all the bell & whitles or just plain P4PE no raid no SATA ?

Select the P4PE which has the bells and whistles that you want/need, or the best version you can afford.

Set up is easy and overclocks like a dream.

Okay everyone after reading your post I've decided to go with P4PE......

Now I have a couple of other questions:

1) My current cpu is an intel 2.5 g 400 fsb an I'm looking at picking up 512 MB Corsair XMS PC3200 my question is will it work or should I get 512 MB Corsair XMS PC2700

2)What about overvolting.

i suggest the gigabyte 8INXP
but the Asus should do you good too!
