yea you just need a rivet kit, they usually come with a correct sized drill bit and a gun to redo them, if you need too.
 
i usually just drill them out and replace with machine screws that match the drill bit size. i don't like to use riviets, in case i want to remove that particular portion of the case again in the future..
 
I have to drill out some of those pretty soon. Any advice on the type of drill bit or RPM? I have an aluminium case, don't know whether that may make it harder to do without damaging the case itself.
 
the rivits are almost always aluminum so they are easy to drill out even with a rather mediocre drill and bit. Having an aluminum case means that you're gonna have to watch yourself a bit closer because aluminum is relatively soft.
