I have the abit kt7a-raid board and a locked 1.1G @ 11x100 thunderbird running 160M pc100. A guy I work with has a 850 thunderbird with high desity 512M 133 and his flies!. Can I run 512 pc133 @ pc100 speed? I know u can underclock a CPU but not sure about the memory. I tried to O/c my 900 and friedn it 2 days afer I bought it , so Im sticking with what I have.

It certainly won't hurt to try running the FSB at 133 instead of 100 Mhz. Your processor is capable of 10x133, but I'm not sure if it will do 11x133 without raising the core voltage. Perhaps 11x124. You may have to raise the i/o voltage to 3.5 though. Try without raising it first.

but if I do decide to keep it @ 100 can I still run @ 100 with 133 ram?

Absolutely. You can always run RAM slower. PC133 is just rated 'up to' 133 Mhz. I have PC133 running at 112 Mhz Cas2 in a K62 system.
