Hi there
im just curious
i have a northwood 2.4ghz @ 2.8 ghz
with a FSB of 157
How far can i throw my FSB up before i have to adjust the vcore
I have taken it up to 169 FSB and its stable at default vcore
Of course im using an ASUS P4GE-V, there newest board, but Im afraid to take her any higher
At what point will I have to find better cooling then stock
How fast is to fast ?
Thanks
P.S.
I know i touched on this subject before, but you guys told me
If I OC my CPU without upping the VCORE, the chances that the CPU lifespan will be reduced, is great deminished
is this true ?
