Too much +5v..can it be bad?

I was just wondering if having your 5v rail too high is hazardous..mine runs consistently around 5.22-5.26, and I'm too lazy to open up the PSU (Antec 430) and change it..unless running it this high is bad. I have the 5v pot cranked because I needed the extra juice on my athlon system, but now that I've switched to a p4, the demands are greatly less.
