Possible P4 System

I have been looking to build a new AMD system, but I decided to take a look at Intel. I came up with what I though was a nice looking system. What do you guys think?

I would only get the 1.8a if you can get a C1 stepping.

the mobo is a great choice.

corsair xms3200 or xms3500 is what I would get.
