How do you alter the IO voltage. I can alter the Vcore but nothing else

I Have a KT133A Mobo - Jetway 663AS Pro

if your mb don`t support I/O voltage change option then their is no way for u to change it....
check the manufacturers sight to c if their is newer bios which will allow it.

GOD...

the I/O voltage is for the chipset on the mobo (eg.KT133A).
and also for your rams.
if u r not ocing with fsb higher then 133fsb for the KT133A or any mobo running on standard bus speed then it does not need to be changed.
it only needs to be changed when u r running over spec fsb of your rams to keep them stable.
much like increasing the vcore when ocing your CPU.
hope this helps....

GOD.....
