I want to run two Mobo off one PSU. Ideally, I would like to be able turn either one on independently and have the option to run both or only one Mobo.

I found a post that showed a method that required the mobos to be started in sequence and had one Mobo as a "master". I need to be able to shut down or re-boot one Mobo without affecting the other.

Perhaps there is a circuit that can be constructed to manage the power?

I'm not sure how or if you could manage to shutdown 1 mobo and not turn off the psu. The powering and rebooting I dont think would be a problem if you used a t splice on the atx wires. I assume these 2 mobos would be running 2 complete systems ie hdd, optical, agp, etc. You would need a strong psu for that much hardware.
