ive got 3 pop can blocks working, cpu, nb, gpu.
i didnt coat / paint the interior. anyone have problems
with pitting / corrosion when using this type
of block?

Im not sure if i remember correctly. But aint the popcan block made from a soda can?
Then it should be aluminum and that shouldnt corrode.
But dont hold me responsible if my memory mistakes me ;)

nope it IS aluminum and it WILL corode, I ran one for over a month without problems, but I did rip it apart and found a little gunk in there...

i made mine with 5min epoxy. bout as
long as it held together, before i added a
few holding screws and jb welded it.
there were quite a few signs of pitting,
but so far so good - 4 months on and off.
