Newegg 1700+ Overclocking

I need to know how these new 1700+ CPUs overclock.

I am very interested in the price and all I want out of it is 12.5 x 166.

These are the new Tbred B core, right?

iam not sure with Newegg now. There is no indication that it will be B but I got mine B with JIUHB stepping ..and also fried it quickly.
I see http://www.excaliberpc.com/default.php?cPath=178_186 garantee the exact stepping but cost more $5 + $4 shipping

Well, what stepping would I be looking for to get these results?
