I would be the most hesitant about buying a refurb motherboard, simply because you have no idea if you'll get the entire package, or only the board. Plus, you don't know the history of the board...seems pretty risky since you're talking about THE most important part of your system.
Some other components I wouldn't be quite as apprehensive about.
