I have a Dual Pentium 1 mobo (D823 of a Primergy 350 of Siemens).

There are no jumpers to set the bus/multiplier an even a P133 is recognized as a 90 Mhz (60*1.5)

There is a oscillator of 60 Mhz, so i think that controlles the bus-speed. Can I just change it with a 66 Mhz osc?

If the oscillator is 66 Mhz, the cpu will run at 100 Mhz (66*1.5). How can i change the multiplier? How is this set on a motherboard? Is there a IC used for setting the multiplier?
