Powerful fan controller

I'm looking for a fan controller that can handle 24W on one channel and about 36W startup short-term, because I can't find one.

I was thinking about running this fan on my radiator:

One powerful fan. Right now I only see the option of making my own controller or finishing my PWM circuit. Not sure if it can handle the power though.

I'm actually looking for something similar. I have a PCMods Rheobus v2.0 that is being delivered. I will have one fan that requires 25watts, but this one only supports 17watts.

Maybe there is a way to mod a rheobus to provide for more wattage?

I was just digging around and found a couple links for PWM and mosfet voltage regs. They'd handle 10s of amps. Now that's no' like it!
