3DMark2003 Problems!!!

So i finally finished d/ling the thing, and first I install dx9. After I install 3dmark2003 when I go to try and open it I get an error and it says:

No Direct3D .DLL found

WTF does that mean?? It can be good. Plz help.

P.S....why am I trying to fix this anway? OO 1000 points!! awsome!! My score better beat that or I will cry.

try reinstalling your drivers....or get new ones.
