Should I Buy This???

I have a 1800+ now that is only barly doing 1700Mhz, i see this

AMD Athlon XP1700+ 1.47GHZ 384K 266 Tbred B (TRAY) (JIUHB:0302)

For 58 bucks, i wanna buy it and sell my other, will i get more than 1700Mhz out of this chip with my AX-7 and tornado?

I hear i can hit 2.0 easy, but i dont know if thats a good stepping code or not...is it?

I ordered some 1700+s from newegg Sunday and got them yesterday. They were both JIUHB 0302's. One was green and one brown. Both are working fine in my parents dually.
