I'm new to overclocking so pardon for any mispeak here...
Custom built rig
P4 2.4b
iWill PH4T mb - Has a chipset fan stock
Radeon 9700 (stock fan)
80gb MXTR ATA 133
ThermalTake Dragon Orb 7 CPU Fan
Antec Silver on the ORB/CPU
80mm intake fan
(2) 80mm outtake fans
Vantec/pcToys OEM removable drive bay/fan case
Vantec/pcToys OEM Nexus (4) Fan controller
The 2.4ghz is OCd to 2.72.
vcore had a small bump to 1.525
TEMP Readings at idle:
BIOS: ~23C
Winbound: ~48C
Sandra: ~24C
Temp Readings at load:
Winbound: ~59C
Sandra: ~34C
I'm assuming that Winbound is not calibrated correctly and that Sandra is more realistic. Am I do okay and on par with the equipment I got? Any suggestions are welcome too...
