what should i do?

with my current setup (see sig) i have 1 stick of samsung 256mb pc2700, i want 512, what should i do? buy another 256 stick so i have 2x 256 to give me 512 or just buy a stick of 512 and save the other for a diff system?

Totally up to you.
Usually 1 stick does better than two, but my two sticks of 256 are running just fine paired up.

ohh okies, i think i might go for the 2 sticks, depends how cheap ram is and at the moment its really cheap and still dropping
