Help me with my bobbles

I just changed my old 3/8 WC for a new 1/2 system. Also i have a more powerfull pump ( 700GHP ). I been running the system outside the case fo the last 2 days and there are still bobbles on it.
Here is the order:
Pump - Rad - WB - T - Pump

Since the pump its very powerfull you can see a small king of tornado from the fitting that comes out off the WB. It this OK?

Also i will need some adviso on 120mm fan no to powerfull like the YS-Tech, i have to o those but they make to much noise and makes the case sound to loud.

Are you using a corrosion inhibitor? Sometimes they can cause an initial foaming to occur but they subside in time.

I'm testing the system and using plain water!!
