any suggestions on a micro ATX board?

a friend of mine is wanting to ugrade his HP mobo so he can overclock and get rid of onboard video, but he still wants to keep his case. i was just wondering what a good micro ATX board was that allowed turning up the FSB, and no onboard video

he has a 1.6GHz P4

Also, if you know a good slot1 microatx that is cheap. let me know
