Does anybody here know where I can get a cheap 120V->24V power supply? I use it to power a 250CFM fan, so it's got to provide at least 1.5-2A of 24V power.

My last one toasted itself after I got home from being stitched up, I was stripping wire for it and cut my hand up bad on the radiator. I came home three hours later, sat down at the comp, and fifteen minutes later, the transformer started smoking and crackling... hmmm... replacement time :) At least I got home in time, I should think about putting a smoke detector over my work area here, the nearest one's twenty feet. There's a lesson for all of you that do work with homebrew electrical stuff! Make sure you've got adequate ventilation and smoke detection.
