well i have this video card

ATI Sapphire Radeon 8500LE 128DDR
i want to flash it to a 9100
i got the everything prepared
my boot disk
my flashing disk
a spare pci video card

only one thing remains

my current bios i am using now just incase i screw up on the 9100 and have to flash it to the original

i need a program to extract my current bios and i cant seem to find it anywhere

please gimme a link or something

Hmm...AFAIK you use a program like atiflash and save your current bios from dos. (when you boot from your boot disk)
IIRC, i got mine from 3dchipset.com

run the program inwindows and it makes a boot disk for you then boot into dos then run the file on the disk.

before it flashes anything, it makes a true backup of your current bios. I did it and i had to go back to my original becoause of lack of pal- TV out.
