I have seen a few threads around about this puppy. so here are some pics.

Notice in the left corner under the RED meanwell logo there is a POT. thats to adjust output voltage.

When the PSU is giving 13v it really warms up. there are two places on the side that the mosfets are attached that really get warm. The front left side and the rear. When its cooling fan is at full it is not that bad. It VERY quiet accually. I hope this helps the people interested in this PSU. I consider the MEANWELL s320-12 the "Ehiem" of PSUs.
 
yeah i know but all the peoples that posted about the meanwell did it in "water cooling" I want them to see the product b4 they spen like 130$
