Pb with Samsung RAM DDR 3200

Hi folks,

I just bought some 512 Mo DDR PC3200 Samsung hoping I would OC better than with my current PC 2100 and my mobo does not start when I insert it...

Is the RAM faulty or do I need to change settings as my mobo is not supposed to have better than 2100 by default ?

512 Mo RAM PC 2100 Generic
Lots of Disk Space...
Stock cooling for the moment, I need to find ASAP a very good fan not noisy at all... if you have any suggestions tell me..

I am aiming at 3.06 Ghz
