Well, i monitored my pc last might with MBM5 and the max voltage for the -5V and -12V was 0Volts. is there somthing wrong with MBM5. or should i get a new PSU

Nothing wrong with the PSU, or your machine wouldn't even POST. MBM isn't communicating with your motherboard's hardware monitor chip. In any case, I wouldn't worry about it, the negative voltages are always weird looking and aren't of much consequence to overclocking as are the +5 and +3.3 lines.
