Is xp1700 JIUCB bad for oc?

I've been playing couple of weeks with my rig2. I cannot pass 1900MHz with 100% stability. It seems 1850MHz is the top on my chip. I almost tried all means, high vcore, uber bios, different combo of fsb and multilier.
Do other owners of JIUCB have the same experience? Or just I got the bad luck?

I also think there's something else holding back your o/c.
I had a XP1700 JIUCB 0252 that I ran in my rig for only 3 days and I got it from 1.4ghz to 2265mhz. I would say that's a pretty good o/c.

The_Coolest has one and it does 2.1ghz... there might be something else holding you back. Possibly memory or even your heatsink, if its running too hot, it might not be stable.
