We all know copper (Cu) makes a more efficient heatsink. However, for applications that are not as hot as a CPU - the Northbridge, Southbridge, and MOSFETS, would one really see that much of an improvement using Copper vs. Aluminum heatsinks?
Also - what are good copper heatsinks for this application, besides Tweakmonster RAM sinks or Vantec Icebergs?
