Condensation prevention techniques

I have heard (and read) various codnensation prevention techniques. It seems that they are all based on neoprene, dielectric grease and some silicon or conformal coating. Although, I have seen that it's not that easy to find the exact tools that online guides use (octools.com). So I was wandering if someone can give a small list of parts (I am interested only in silicon) for people living in the UK. Thanks in advance
