Epox 8K7A memory timings?

I'm setting up a computer for a friend, but this mobo has memory timings I've never seen (first dealing with ddr). Are any of these worth changing from manual?

Here are the settings I'm not sure of and their default settings:

PH Limit: 8
Idle Limit: 8
Trc Timing Value: 8
Trp Timing Value: 3
Tras Timing Value: 7
Cas Latency: 2 (I know this one)
Trcd Timing Value: 3

I think I know what a few of these are, but they have way too many options limited... anyone know of a FAQ or BIOS Guide for this mobo?

I dont know about the Epox. I have a FIC AD11 also DDR. My settings are 8-8-6-2-2-2-2.

Hope it helps. Just make sure your mem has a CAS latency of 2 not 2.5. This will limit your capability to up the FSB.
