has anyone ever tried Quiet solutions?

i was looken for some noise dampening stuff when i came across this. it's a liquid that gets rid of sound. watch the video. i was thinking to could take a quiet water cooling solution and make it silent. not bad on price to 30 bucks for 32 onces. that should cover a lot. http://www.quietsolution.com/nk_100_series.html

noisekiller 118 is used for "a computer manufacturer" to reduce the noise of the computer according to the video. Noisekiller 311 is apparrantly used on a lot of stuff too.

Very interesting substance there. I'm not exactly sure how you would apply it to your computer though. Most noise comes from fans. I'm sure a coating on the inside of the case would help, but there's still case fans that can't really be dampened.
