There are basically 2 revisions for the WD 8MB cache drives, the old ones use 22.04A firmware, and have the code -75CRA0 after the model name, the new ones use 65.13G65 firmware, and have the code -00DUA0 after the model.

I have 1 of both, 120Gig each, which revision is better tweaked for Raid0 operation?

The new revision seems to have lots of flaws tho, if you read this review: http://xbitlabs.com/storage/wd2000bb/

I was told by WD support that I could RMA a drive if I found the performance to be lacking.
