If the 3.3v thing on a psu is out of spec, what problems can this cause?

ya pretty much general instability... i THINK but am not sure that the 3.3v goes to your video card mostly so it mght cause bad OCing in that department... i could be wrong though...

really? because i alwayz had constant lockups even doing simple tasts and got errors everyday (which include blue screens with errors on them and those illegal operation errors) do those count?

i could be wrong... if that is what u got and getting a new PSU fixed it then it could be... (it sounds like you got a new one yes?) although that could have also been low rails everywhere else too

oh. i didn't change it yet..

and uh.. i dunno but mine is @ 3.6

oh.. well i doubt it being a littl ehigh would make it unstable.. what are your other lines? exp 5v if its low that could be it
