Question on RMA'ing process.

I need to RMA a mobo from newegg, I got the RMA number already I just want to know if I need to include the box in which the mobo came in and the manuals or do I just ship it out without anything? Thanks in advance.

They usually like to have the original packaging and manuals. There should be a little paragraph on their website that says that. Some places demand everything back for an RMA.
