Need help flashing bios on a a7v266!!!

My friend has my old mobo and want to use a 2100 tbred well come to find out he had bios version 1002 and in order to use the model 8 cpu (tbred's) you have to have 1010.

So I guess what I'am asking is what is the best way to go about this. I have no clue how to make a boot disk or anything like that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
