Anyone used the NEC AccuSync AS75F 17" monitor before? If yes, what are your opinions on it?

My cheapo no-name monitor just clonked out on me, so I'm looking for a reliable "budget" 17" flat monitor.

i am using an NEC multisync FE-770 17 inch in black and its a great monitor ,crispy colors and good sharpness, the price is $ 159 ,i think its a good deal

Well I dont know abotu the model specifically, but I have heard nothign, but good about NEC and espicially the monitor Im looking at getting , AccuSync AS70-BK black 17". I looked at many brands and for the low budget the NEC's are definatally the best. Viewsonic, Mag,

it's $150 with shipping included on newegg and I have yet to see one bad review on the many sites Ive checked

I did some searching and cant find much info on the "AS75F", however It does seem to be sligltly more expensive then the AS70 and I dont think it looks as good.

Heres prices and reviews(none in sight) on the one you want:

heres the AS70-BK: http://www.bizrate.com/marketplace/...416,prod_id--6258749,format--,de_id--371.html

Thanks for the replies. I've gotten myself the AS75F today and right now, it's working pretty well. The geometry is pretty good, much better than the cheapo monitor that I used to have.

BTW, Zoda, I don't think the AS70 has the ClearFlat technology. It looks like the only difference between the AS75F and the AS70 is that the AS75F is flat, while AS70 isn't. Price is about $10 CAD more for the AS75F, so I decided to pay extra and go for the flat screen. ;)
