KG7 or not?

What to do?
What would you advise?
Buy some PC-150 Kingmax (for my current system) or......
Get the Abit KG7 with what DDR memory?

I would say go for the faster RAM. The Abit KG7 mobo isn't too **** hot. I would HIGHLY recommend the Asus A7V266 over that, but personally I am going to wait AT LEAST untilKT266 based mobos hit the market, which could be a while.

Current DDR platforms just are not enough of an improvement over good SDR platforms to consider an upgrade.

Download Hot CPU Tester 2 and run it in hardcore mode whenever your not using your computer for a week or so. Be sure you have good cooling. onitor the temps for the fist hour. this program is usd by the military to burn in their computers. It REALLY heats up the CPU, puts Prime95 to shame!
