i ordered a vantec iceberq chipset cooler from them, and received a ddr memory heatsink instead. has anyone else had problems with them? ive never had this happen before with an online order and its really ****ing me off
i hope i dont have to pay $5-10 in shipping to send this back to get my $10 cooler

just got an email back from them(fast!) and it apparently says that they shipped another one out today...and i get the ddr heatspreader for free
that is a great response time for them too, less than an hour since my original post.

looks like it turned out for the best.
