I have tried to install a 3d-soundcard (Terratech's Xfire) on my Epox-mobo, but I can't even get into Windows when I plug it in the pci-port - even though I've disabled everything concerning the onboard sound in the bios, autoexec
and device manager.
It's a rather popular mobo so a lot of you must have some experience with this - Is it possible?

Mabe try a different slot.

I have a SBLive X-Gamer in mine that runs just as well as it did on my Soyo 7VCA and VP6.

Like Andy said, though, there are some bugs in the 760 chipset still. Rockin' board all the same.

Seems like I saw a patch somewhere even though I don't know if it will fix that problem. Try AMD.com.
