Is this RTV silicone and Siicone grease OK?

I could not find any of the recommended stuff, so I go these instead :

MGChemicals RTV Silicone Paste

and

MGChemicals Translucent Silicone Grease

Are they OK for sealing a MB and Video for a water chilled system?

Will the RTV Silcone paste be OK or should I have bought the leveling type?
