agp at 66 or 67. Spread Spectrum off. SS just reduces the EMI......so unless you have a monitor or something electronicly sensitive its much better to have it off.
 
They are both percentages. Stock setting is .50% or something

that is the correct answer as far as ive found.it has something to due with emi signals but while enabled can stop some oc attempts.

i havent researched it much but what ive read this is what is suggested.
 
It is my understanding and belief from my research on the issue (I wondered about it as well) that if you have any reason to believe that EMI from your computer is screwing up your monitor's display, speaker sounds, etc. you should turn it on or experiment with % setting if that option is available to you (Most computers just say "on" or "off"). If there is no EMI issue with displays, speakers, nearby radios, etc. from your computer, then turn it off.
