fan size between 120mm and the patriots?

I'd love to buy one of those huge patriots, but it's too big to fit in my crappy case. Any fan size bigger than 120mm?

do they add like that?? id have thought that the CFM remainded the same. Ive not really any clue.

glueing four fans together. I would think that just makes it a wider cooling area, but the cfm should stay the same.

Mainly, I'd prefer to cover the whole chevette heater core. The 120mm ones don't really fill it enough.
