Pop the cover off and see if you can identify any components- specifically the motherboard. Also note the bios number on the flash chip. Then it might be possible to help you. I'll warn you now that the odds are against you, but you never really know without trying.

yeah I tried finding out wtf kind of motherboard I have and whatever program I use to find out my laptop freezes... Pop it open heh im quite scared that it will explode. i feel as if my laptop has been zipped and if i decompress ill have to much stuff to fit in this little case :P.

Dell motherboards are NOT overclockable. They're OEM Intel motherboards.

I know Dell pretty well...I work for them.

Not unless you are a god with a soldering iron. Dell pretty much disables everything on the hardware level on all thier systems. The laptops are even worse. Not to mention how in the heck are you going to do any additional cooling on a laptop if you do unlock a FSB somewhere.? (also works for dell)
