I just installed a true power 430, and I just checked my rails with MBM. It's showing 3.25, 4.96, and 11.75. Isn't that a tad bit low for the 12 volt rail?

Monitoring software can inaccurately read actual PSU voltage after it's passed throught the mobo. For an accurate reading you're best off testing the voltage directly off a Molex w/a multimeter or PSU tester. I also have an Antec 430 True Power and Winbond shows my 12V reading as 11.68V.

Yeah, but now my screen is starting to flicker on and off. Didn't ever do that before this supply.
