How can I clear a drive with NTFS ?

I want to erase this drive that I just bought and put 98se on the drive, but I'm having some trouble getting rid of it.How do I do this?

Brain cramp tried to delete this post but it wont let me

Use fdisk to delete the NTFS partition, and the format to format it for FAT32.
