At the moment I have a 512MB Twinmos PC3200 module which runs 200MHz at 2-2-6-2 and well above 210MHz with 2.7v at 2-2-7-2 on my BD7-II-Raid. This module uses the Winbond BH-5 chips which I believe are the same as the ones on the Corsair XMS3200LL modules.

While memory prices are low I have decided to add another 512MB of memory, but Im having trouble finding another stick the same as what I have now. My question is, would this Twinmos PC3200 and a stick of Corsair XMS3200LL with the same winbond chips work together without instability and preferrably 2-2-6-2 timings at 200+FSB?

Any Advice appreciated, thanks.
