monitor or vcard

im in a bind here. I think that my monitor somehow got fried, but i am not sure what the deal is. there is a bar of blurryness towards the left side of my screen, and its really freakin annoying. when i run 3dmark its really evident, and most other apps as well. any thoughts? and, if in fact it is my monitor, im looking for a 19 or 21 inch flat crt for under 180...any thoughts on that? thanks in advance for any advice.

bah, nevermind. talked to KDS. they're sending me a newer model for free. just gotta ship mine back to them. not a bad deal. thanks anyways
