narrowing down upgrade..

I've finally decided to upgrade again.. am looking to get an Asus board (go figure.. i'm in this forum).. but i'm at a loss as to which I should get..

looking to toss in an xp 2600 (333 FSB)
Have Geforce 4 ti 4600
Audigy Gamer

So I don't need onboard video or sound..

Onboard LAN would be a plus..

Fit in Antec Plus660AMG

I honestly have no clue as to what's good now a days.. hence why I'm asking here..

thanx ahead of time for any help..

New Motherboard

If you are looking for an AMD motherboard. I personally love my ASUS A7N8X Deluxe motherboard. Dual lan, SATA Raid controller, tons of overclocking options, I can't even name it all. take a look at the options. I am sure you would like the board though.
